The origins of cold brew coffee

Unlike classic espresso coffee, which is the result of an extraction with hot water under pressure for a very short time, cold brew coffee is obtained by bringing the coffee into contact with cold water for long periods of time. (Sometimes several days), which makes it possible to extract the aromatic quintessence of the coffee differently, without developing bitterness and burnt notes. Thus, the cold brew makes it possible to revisit the coffee for tastes more in smoothness and subtlety, for always as much pleasure.

Cold brew coffee as an ingredient

Our know-how allows us to offer a liquid cold brew coffee directly usable as an ingredient for food processors or for the Food service, in different packink size (aseptic bags of 20kg, 200kg and 1 ton).

We have also developed a concentrated version of this infusion.
