Syneum at FIE 2023:

Syneum exhibited at the Food Ingredients Europe (FIE) in Frankfurt on October 28, 29, and 30!

The teams from Herbal T, Genialis, and Genibio were able to showcase their innovative technologies and ingredients.

We presented the following concepts:

  • Fermented ginger juice for formulating functional beverages rich in postbiotics and other fermentation metabolites.
  • Tea infusions enriched with essential oil using the Hydrofeeling® process. This ultrasound-based method allows for emulsification and stabilization of essential oils, improved aroma release, all without additives.
  • Cold brew coffee in dairy applications.
  • Cryogenic under pressure technology, Cryopulsion®, and specifically, the new Lab 10 machine, showcased at our booth.

All these concepts were well-received, and we made numerous valuable contacts. Thanks to all our visitors for their interest!
