What are the purposes and legal bases for data collection via this the website?

If your request for information pertains to Genialis and/or Genibio, co-founders of Syneum, those companies may also receive your data.

Lastly, your data may be transmitted to the competent authorities, at their request, or in the interest of our compliance with other legal obligations.

 

How long will we keep your data?

The storage period for personal data is dependent on the purpose for which they were collected.

Generally speaking, personal data are kept for the duration of any contractual relationships and/or until expiration of the limitation period for legal action (5 years) after the end of the business relationship, and for a period of 3 years for direct marketing.

However, data that can be used to provide proof of a right or a contract, or that are retained for compliance with a legal obligation, may be subject to intermediate archiving and stored for no longer than the period of time that is necessary to the purposes for which the data are being stored, in accordance with current legal and regulatory provisions (including but not limited to those stipulated in the French Commercial, Civil and Consumer Codes).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict or object to the processing of your data. You can also invoke your right to data portability.
